I can’t rate CEX in Hertford Street Coventry highly enough. I had an issue with an online order which was promptly resolved with an exchange quickly sorted. When that didn’t work out the refund process was quick and easy. The manager and his staff could not have been more helpful and were the perfect example of how customer service should be. I visited the CEX Coventry store to exchange an online order that had arrived in the wrong colour (it wasn’t originally from this store), and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and genuinely keen to sort the issue out. The manager was especially amazing and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was resolved smoothly. Okay I literally brought some ram to upgrade my laptop and they helped me install it same day, they were so nice when I did the trade-in and also I knew how to install it but my fingers were a little weak. But thanks to the staff that worked here today
